Free RAM is the minimum amount of memory that is not in use by other applications. Depends on the exam settings, secure browser has no upload speed requirement. Only required for proctoring, secure browser functionality does not require audio/visual recording. GoodData is tested against and supports the following desktop browsers:

- Chrome and Firefox offer extended release versions for organization that manage client desktops. Chrome ESR can be kept up-to-date with the existing full version of Chrome at any time. However, Firefox ESR is only updated with every seventh major version, which causes Firefox ESR.
For best results, use the latest version of Google Chrome.
Mobile Web Browser
You can view dashboards through the following mobile browser:
- Android 5 and newer
- Google Chrome (latest stable version)
- iOS 10 and newer
- Google Chrome (latest stable version)
- Safari (latest stable version)
Dashboard viewing only. Other functions of GoodData are not currently supported. Some functions may work now but have not been thoroughly tested yet.
Browser Configuration
Any supported browser that you choose to use must meet the following requirements:
- JavaScript is enabled.
- Cookies are enabled.
Some modern browser versions are now disabling third-party cookies by default. Like many other web services, GoodData relies on these cookies to authenticate users when its offerings are embedded in another webpage. You may need to enable them in your browser for access. For more information, see Known Issue: Blocking Cookies May Make Embedded GoodData Inaccessible. - A security protocol newer than SSLv3 is supported.
SSLv3 has been disabled in the platform due to the POODLE vulnerability. - (For building dashboards on a Mac) The display of scroll bars is set to 'Always On' in your System Preferences.
Otherwise, users of your dashboards may see scroll bars where you had not.

For the best possible user experience, ADP recommends a minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 800. Screen resolutions smaller than this will still work, but will require horizontal scrolling in some cases.
Minimum Bandwidth Requirements
We are continually working to improve response time and performance in ADP Workforce Now. Your experience will vary based on your hardware, operating system, browser, internet service provider, available bandwidth, and local configuration. Some software, such as your security programs, will also affect response time. Clearing your cache may positively affect performance.
